Path of Exile 3.19: Lake of Kalandra CI CoC Ice Nova Occultist Build Guide. POB in description

Probably my last build guide before 3.20 comes out.

I love cast on crit builds and my vortex build was pretty fun so I decided to basically copy my Forbidden Rite build but use Ice Nova instead. Not nearly as much damage but still tanky and fun.

As with almost any cyclone build it's super tanky and the mageblood isn't required, it's just the best option in my opinion.

Spending close to a Mirror to get 2.7 million DPS doesn't sound practical, but I have the gear so at this point I'm just trying to see what else is possible. This does seem like it could be a decent league starter, but we shall see what happens in the next week once we find out what GGG nerfed.

The Aegis Aurora shield is pretty mandatory since you'll be CI and the es gained when you block is super helpful for surviving.
