PoE Occultist, Physical, Simulacrum builds

Like a boss Occultist Penance Brand of Dissipation Was a tough time and hard work to balance everything out. Now it is absolutely awesome and my favourite build I made so far. Since every other endgame content including ubers is done in seconds, I prefer to deep delve to have a challange. I switch Forbidden Flesh/Flame depending on the biome/stage/mods: Mastermind of Discord -- No crit reduction mods / no heavy ele dps Full DPS Setup: 200k hitpool (standard boss + Sigil of Power, stage 4) @ 120 Million DPS Bastion of Elements -- Nasty mods and Biomes like Smugglers Stash Tanky: 300k

I hate this layout. 2 bosses are instantly melted, idk why it's 5 rewards tho. POB:

Helmet - diadem is probably BiS because it allows for easy blessing and provides solid ES and eldritch battery. We path close to enough to take EB so something else is possible but would take a great item. Good enchants are any aura, shockwave totem cast speed, or despair curse effect. 1-1.5 divines Armor - sotl with ancestral bond. Nothing going to come close. 30-80Chaos Weapon. Get a fractured chaos dot and spam cast speed for dot multi or phys/all spells. suffixes can't be changed, veiled chaos, hope for phys to chaos or chaos. 2-10D depending on how much you want to go for. I've created this monster due to being bored. It's a challenge getting bv to mf due to pretty bad defences (and headhunter doesn't help) but mageblood kind of solves it with triple ele flasks + stormshroud for ailment immune. It handles 8mod triple deli temples quite well but its optimized for mageblood. I have RMR relic so if you don't have it than you will need to either drop herald of ash or switch to RMR helm. Any improvement suggestions are welcome.

Yo fellas, lets talk about Cold BV and using the new Ring Anathema. I leaguestarted right away with this Build as I saw the last line on the "Asphyxia's Wrath" Quiver and "Anathema" the new Curse Ring which sets your Curse Limit at your Maximum Power Charges. The last line says "Hexes transfer to all enemies in a range of 30 when hexed enemies dies". Since most Cold BV builds already playing with this Quiver and have a lot of Power Charges, this would be the perfect Playground.
