PoE League Starter, Cold builds

After discovering and falling in love with CWDT-scions last league, and seeing the incoming nerfs, I decided to league start a CWDT build to see how far i'd get. Eventhough ward/jewels have been changed, I managed to get it started, with 4 flasks, for about 600c in the first week (those base jewels with flask charges are amazing!). However I got to farming T16, still getting slapped by Essences because for some reasons i have 159 armor etc but that not what this post is about. The idea is: freezing everything on screen is a defensive layer, probably very good in the Sanctum Frost Blades is getting a huge increase to added damage % so let's try to build around it. Ailments don't care about resistances on hit and whatnot, just base damage, so high added damage is good. Heatshiver gives up to 130% added cold damage as fire if we can freeze things. Hence Expedition's End for %as more damage freezes and Southbound + freeze duration stacking. This all means we can inflict 1 second freeze on Pinnacle bosses with attacks. I've been PoBing this build for a couple of weeks now and I think I've got a pretty decently optimized league starter tree+gear. 4 million pinnacle DPS with easily obtainable rares and no PoB warrior BS. No flasks except rotgut, nothing ticked that shouldn't be, etc, no additional curse, no influenced gear except a life % hunter belt. Fork socketed into 6 link. I started playing poe quite a while ago. My first few chars didn't get past acts. The first char that I really brought to end game was a frost blades champion way back in bestiary league. With the new stuff we've seen these past leagues, I think the skill plays quite differently than how it did before, and I do too. I'd like to try out the new amulet + loreweave interaction, if it isn't too expensive. End game, I'd like to see if the new ring will be as OP as it sounds.
