I started playing poe quite a while ago. My first few chars didn't get past acts. The first char that I really brought to end game was a frost blades champion way back in bestiary league. With the new stuff we've seen these past leagues, I think the skill plays quite differently than how it did before, and I do too.

I'd like to try out the new amulet + loreweave interaction, if it isn't too expensive. End game, I'd like to see if the new ring will be as OP as it sounds. Even if it isn't, I'll still have a fallback as I've never played eternity shroud + heatshiver which should be great.

However, before that, I want to league start with the char. By that I mean my goal is to be able to get to and clear T15/16s quite comfortably. No crazy mechanics, no crazy boss fights. Just completing my atlas to prepare for whatever farming strategy I will want to play.

I put together a PoB. I went for white wind, heatshiver, and loreweave because I think they'll be quite cheap early league (except maybe heatshiver if, say, Mathil releases a league starter using the item). Otherwise, I went for pretty generic rares. I know I'm missing intelligence on the build but I've got too much ele res on the gear so I/you can just replace some res with int and that solves that. Otherwise, I don't think I went for anything too crazy but feel free to tell me if any of my estimations are too far off. I'd love some feedback. Please tell me what you think, if you think of any way to improve the build, let me know as well.
