PoE Cast when Damage Taken, SSF, Lightning, Simulacrum builds

I've been more successful than I anticipated on my homebrewed power siphon totems build and wanted to show it off a bit as well as get some help. I haven't had a lot of time to play so I've been pretty broke, and to be honest it hasn't been the best starter for making money, but all things considered the build has been pretty good to me. At this point I've probably spent about 2 div total, and have been easily doing the league mechanic in T16 maps (not super juiced, but no issues even with delirium mirror and abyss). It's been extra easy to gear because Aegis Aurora is dirt cheap this league.

Hello Exiles, I found a broken mechanic from Jungroan, traps can work with mines, so when you detonate a mine, you will launch trap if linked with a trap, but you will say "wtf why you talking about traps and mines with Discharge" ? Let's me explain my idea, since you can generate frenzy/power charge with traps/mines from Charged Traps or Charged Mines support, I instantly thought about Discharge So, what is the best way to scale Discharge when you can cast this spell each 2s ? TL;DR: Rolled a Trickster Trinity wander with some lucky SSF drops (Mind of the Council + Cloak of Defiance + Call of the Brotherhood); looking for pointers as to next steps to take this to full endgame. Other constructive comments/general questions on the build welcome. Important notes Mana regen % anywhere you can get it from is really really good - start with clarity and replace it with herald of thunder once you get enough mana regen Gloves w/ spell damage leeched as ES are a huge survivability boost. Surgeons prefix on flasks is stupidly OP (we have 100% crit chance and fast cast speed so this is insanely good for us and gives the flasks massive uptime on bossfights)
