PoE Cast when Damage Taken, SSF, Movement, Simulacrum builds

TLDR: 8~11M DPS full buffs (Totems, flasks), 2.5~3.5M without buffs, 6k+ life, 5~6k leech per second, stun immune, 72% suppress. I often see Oro's Sacrifice Flicker as being just a very budget and crappy version of Flicker Strike, so I wanted to see how far you can take it with moderate investment. What I find particularly unique about Oro's Sacrifice is how well it fits with Slayer and Kaom's Heart, so we're going to focus on scaling Health, Crit and max life leech.
