League started this build as Cobra Lash for the first weekend, switching to Tornado Shot when I got a Voltaxic Rift for 3div. This is a really good low-effort mapper and aesthetically pleasing to me. Enjoyed this build a lot, so ended up taking it to 100 whereas I would have switched off most of my league start characters by now. HOW TO LEVEL UP TO 38? We want to level up with freezing pulse from the start. Link freezing pulse with arcane surge Use frostbomb Use clarity Use precision according to chance to hit (lvl up only until you have 100% cahcne to hit and no more) Use a % spell damage recipe for wands for a slight boost of damage: magic wand + whetstone + magic/rare/unique chain belt This will give around 30% spell damage with magic belts, around 50% with rare belts and around 70% with unique belts +1 cold wands or big flat spell damage is still the best Requirements

I know this looks like a meme build, but damn are there rarely league start VIABLE meme builds. With the new Ralekesh's impatience boots we gain minimum charges instantly when stationary and hopefully the buffed arctic armour can do something now. In all seriousness this almost all cheap or currency farmable in white maps unique items and twink rare gear, super basic jewels and cheap watchers eye with plenty of room for upgrades for much later. Pretty good i think for 3 mill dps on pinnacle bosses and its a 1 button build to boo

Hi, i've done my first coc ice spear on asasin. I was following few guides, and it still feels bad. I'm dying few times on T16 maps (not even hard ones). Damage also doesn't look as good as on youtube. I've spent like 80-100ex, and this is my pob: . Could You guys please help me fix it?

So with the release of the 'monsters deal 25% less damage, 50% more life' I think Assassin benefits more than anyone, especially because Opportunistic grants -20% less dmg taken when 2+ rares around, and 8% less from Infusion results in enemies doing 0.55x the damage. I somehow got 400k sirus DPS with severe restraint in terms of the items I chose not even counting the release wave damage. Scorching. This is obviously a template and not a full build but I'm surprised at how good the numbers look on this. Comments welcome.
