I wanted to BLAST, so i decided to revive an old favorite of mine: Ethereal Knives Cold Assassin. As always, I welcome criticism of my builds (and you guys often make them better!) but please be sure to watch the video first, as I explain my reasoning for a lot of the issues you may spot.

HUGE disclaimer: this isn't a standard build guide. I made this build to blast maps and it is FAR from optimized, so consider this more of a showcase. Spell suppress isn't capped, mana cost isnt perfect, frenzy charges and leech are only on-kill. This build cant boss without some adjustments. However, the whole thing cost me well under 10 divines, so if thats cheap to you, min-maxing will take you MUCH further.

That being said, this build perfectly hits the spot for farming juiced T16 maps. I ran breach, legion, deli, abyss, both Eater and Exarch juiced altars, and this build handled all of it with ease. It can easily take down max charge crucibles. Because our individual hits from EK are so big (almost a million without heatshiver), it is trivial to freeze everything. I feel like heatshiver is nice PoB dps on any cold build if you just tick "enemy is frozen," but this build ACTUALLY makes sure they are!
