Leveling guide - Using vortex

**Create a Scion, go through twilight strand to obtain Onslaught support gem
**Put the onslaught support in your stash and you can delete that character

Lv1: Get Freezing pulse, link with onslaught support
Lv2: Get Arcane surge, link with Freezing pulse (KEEP ARCANE SURGE AT LVL 9)
Lv4: Get frost bomb / steelskin / frostblink
Lv8: Get Efficacy support
Lv10: Get Siphoning trap & vitality & clarity, Link Siphoning trap + efficacy support
Lv12: Get wintertide brand
- replace freezing pulse with wintertide brand
- replace onslaught support with efficacy support
(TLDR: Wintertide brand + efficacy support + arcane surge)
Act 1 colour socket setups:
3L: B - B - G (Freezing pulse + onslaught support + arcane surge) *Early game
3L: B - B - B (Wintertide brand + efficacy + arcane surge)
2L: B - B (For siphoning trap + efficacy)

**Complete the quests on the right side first
Lv 16: Get Herald of Ice & Cold snap
- link Cold snap + efficacy support
Lv 18: Get 2 controlled destruction support
- link wintertide brand + efficacy + controlled destruction
- link cold snap + efficacy + controlled destruction
- link frost blink + arcane surge (Lv 9)

Lv 24: Get Frostbite and hold it first
Lv 28: Get vortex
- replace vortex with wintertide brand
Lv 31: Get blasphemy support and link with frostbite
- Remove herald of ice

Lv 34: Get anything, you will not be using any golems or skill gems here
Lv 38: Get bonechill support
- replace controlled destruction with bonechill support
- put controlled destruction into alternate weapon for lvling
Lv 38: Get cast when damage taken support (Keep at Lv 1)
- link with immortal call (Keep at Lv 3)

3L: B - B - B (Vortex + efficacy + controlled destruction)
3L: B - B - B (Cold snap + efficacy + bonechill)
3L: B - B - B (Frostblink + siphoning trap + Arcane surge)

**Should start to get a few 4-link equipments already
**At this point you can replace the links of siphoning trap to frost bomb already
**But I still prefer siphoning trap, so it's still below (No need to worry about life and mana when fighting bosses)
