Low Budget COC Ice Spear Still Kills Uber Bosses and Feared | POE 3.18 Assassin Build Guide

Already explained everything in the video but i'll just write some of the important stuff. >This is low budget Cast on crit build DPS is more than fine, but do NOT expect to be tank. I wrote some upgrades below, for people with higher budget. Build still uses Determination and Purity of elements auras but those alone aren't enough to be super tanky :( >Cooldown,attack speed breakpoints I picked 52+ cooldown for this build. That means our attack speed(cyclone) needs to be around 10,1 attacks per second. Ideal attack speed is between 10,0 and 10,1. If you have 9,x or 10,2 +, you lose dps. Use rare jewels to min-max your attack speed. Cooldown comes from; Awakened CoC gem(critical mastery also has +3 level of crit support gems) Belt Boots >Mana cost issue COC procs consume lots of mana. You need to get mana cost reduction from rings,jewels,gems etc. Inspiration support (Divergent is even better) Watcher's eye with Clarity -x mana cost mod Rings with open prefix , craft -7 mana cost of non-channeling skills Replica conqueror's efficiceny jewel Eternal mana flask with enduring mod + mana cost reduction of skills(get help from TFT discord benchcraft service) >I have higher budget, what should i get? This build lacks defense. Using determination and purity of elements but they are not enough on shadow/witch COC builds. You'll sometimes die. Biggest upgrade is Mageblood so you can use flasks with %increased effect and achieve good crit. So you can skip watcher's eye with hatred crit mod. And get discipline energy shield on hit instead. This is big upgrade for defense cause it provides insane healing. Also having permanent granite flask etc.is good for more defense. You can also use melding of flesh and have higher max resistances. Capping res is gonna be easy once you have mageblood. You also need to use a Purity of x aura to increase max resistances. You may need more reservation clusters to fix mana problem. Another upgrade is power charge rings. I only have 1 ring that i bought for cheaper cause it was unique. Rare rings are better in the end.
