For the coc enjoyers i have a way to league start! is a Path of Exile Assassin build by SonoTI, made for the Crucible league (3.21). It is centered on Freezing Pulse and plays as a intelligence, spell, projectile, cold archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 1.23K DPS with 342.28 effective HP, 501 life. Suited for: Mapping.

HOW TO LEVEL UP TO 38? We want to level up with freezing pulse from the start. Link freezing pulse with arcane surge Use frostbomb Use clarity Use precision according to chance to hit (lvl up only until you have 100% cahcne to hit and no more) Use a % spell damage recipe for wands for a slight boost of damage: magic wand + whetstone + magic/rare/unique chain belt This will give around 30% spell damage with magic belts, around 50% with rare belts and around 70% with unique belts +1 cold wands or big flat spell damage is still the best Requirements to swap to coc build: - at least lvl 38 (preferably after you get diamond flask for huge crit boost) - all 1 lab points !!IMPORTANT!! PRIORITIZE NON CLAW RELATED POINTS FOR BETTER LEVELING - 2x 6.5 base crit claw with increased crit strike chance. Same as claw called Coc enabling - enduring mana flask - preferably you'd like to have all the gem setups as in pob show at a certain lvl that you're on. Hatred aura for better damage or already start with defensive one. At the beggining of this journey you will need plenty of alteration orbs as well as augmentations to make sure you can craft the claw.
