[POE] 3.18 - Assassin CoC ice spear - Armour variant [high budget]

Compared to the evasion variant, this build is much tankier but lesser DPS. Armour is something I feel is kind of needed starting from this league onwards, evasion is really quite bad now. Archnemesis is really giving alot of builds a big headache, and things needs to be adjusted accordingly.
