PoE Instability builds

I didn't set out to do this, but I was asked by several people about discharge. It just wasn't popular this league. So I wrote this guide. Any feedback would be great. Hello everyone, I have been playing FR CI for a good portion of this league but am still learning a lot in regards to PoB and Poeninja. With this said I do not understand two things in this regard and was wondering if someone could help explain these in-depth to me. 1) Why are they playing Bottled Faith? 2) Why are they using Awakened Added Chaos Damage vs Increased Critical Damage?
