My Forbidden Rite Occultist - High on Everything But QoL

Here is my first attempt at making a forbidden rite build. This character although brought home some high dps and other fairly competitive stats for a reasonable price. It ultimately failed the quality of life test and cannot be a build I will recommend because of it. Regardless of builds that fall short hopefully this is still a good showcase of my thought process on making a forbidden rite character and maybe you can pick up some ideas for your own build creation even if this build itself was a failed experiment.
