With Cast on Crit support, the triggered spell will aim at wherever you hit an enemy. Since the radius of cyclone isn't too large, creeping frost will be aimed very close to your character, allowing all projectiles to overlap.

Build cost about 4ex total. Just showing how strong the interaction is.
