PoE Occultist, Cold builds

Hey everyone, I've come across the Bronn's Lith Version of CoC Frostblink with Wintry Blast, and while it undoubtedly dishes out insane DPS, it's essentially a cast-on-death portal build that folds at the slightest glance. Inspired by the concept, I decided to tweak it into a more robust build that can handle Simulacrum wave 30 deathless, take on uber bosses, and breeze through mapping with just a single portal. It's a straightforward setup centered around CI, boasting relatively high armor, and utilizing Incandescent Heart for chaos conversion. Currently, I'm comfortably tackling Uber Shap

Anyone tried this skill? I PoB'd something quite interesting imo: To get this much atk speed, i stack minion stats for the damage, any +4 double corrupt would do it, it's pretty cheap My main and only concern is: what happens when the mob moves? this will get annoying real quick.. Part of my wants to pair this with Wintertide Brand, but mixing the two might be too weird

!Not a serious build! Just experimenting with Poet's Pen and Frostblink of Wintery Blast. This "build" was the first idea that came to mind when the skillgem info was released.Since Frostblink of Wintery blast has no cooldown, and no charges (but a hefty cast time with no "instant" use), it is really beneficial to trigger it. Whether it's traps (I saw Waggle experimenting with that) or Asenath's Chant, or simply Poet's Pen. While Asenath's Chant and Poet's Pen add a cooldown, we can reduce it in a few ways: 1. Haste watcher's eye - 40% 2. Boots - \~30% 3. Badge of the Brotherhood - from 70

I have pretty much everything I need to swap to LL except a belt. Crystal belts with 14% cooldown recovery seem to be absurdly expensive, so I'm trying to craft my own. I really only want a decent ES roll and 14%+ CDR on it (I'm already overcapped on res except chaos), and anything else is just gravy. Anyone have any idea how I would go about crafting this? I already have an ilvl 85 shaper crystal belt. I currently use Ice Nova of Frostbolts in my main CoC link and Frostbolt in my Cospri's. I see a fair amount of people using
