PoE - You can use Discharge while wearing Ralakesh's Impatience

Check my other recent videos about the CoC Discharge of Misery I've been cooking. A few days ago I saw a video showcasing Ralakesh's Impatience and I noticed the person was still generating charges, suggesting you can actually still spend charges. Now I finally tested it and it actually works.

This is pretty incredible imo, you get all the advantages from charges even if you don't actually have max charges to spend. In my case for example without Ralakesh's I would very rarely get only 2 power charges from my crits, which makes me miss a lot of crit chance, so the next hit has a pretty high chance of not being a crit, thus not giving me power charges back, thus breaking the loop.

What Ralakesh's can thus offer is very, very consistent crit, attack speed and other boni you might want. For example Discharge does not consume brutal charges from the Maven belt (afaik), so you could passively generate them whilst using your power or frenzy charges for Discharge, meanwhile getting the triple dmg boost from brutal charges.

Currently I am thinking about rerolling either a Scion, Saboteur or maybe even inquisitor and wether I should incorporate Ralakesh's into my build (I'd need to fix attack speed).
