Thanks for watching! Hope you enjoyed seeing this cast on critical strike action using the new frostblink of wintry blast as the triggered spell. The build feels a lot like flicker strike but still has its own personality. I don't think that I've perfected the build yet, I plan to continue working on this idea further.
