Overview
[PoE 3.23] 300% increased AoE CoC Ice Nova is a Path of Exile Occultist build by Charles Versallius, made for the Affliction league (3.23). It is centered on Ice Nova of Frostbolts. Have a new PC, so recording is smoother (now with sound!). More importantly it means I can go crazy with skill effects and screen clutter without insane lag, which means new build options!
I got a random mirror so this is a very early Mageblood for me which is my cue that I can stop farming and start making dumb shit. Ice Nova of Frostbolts isn't the most exciting of the new gems BUT it basically doubled the damage of this build which was already going 20+M dps on a really cheap Prism Guardian setup. Which does mean I can go full AoE shenanigans without being punished by the league mechanic :)
