PoE Occultist, Cold builds

Hello! This build is theory right now but is fairly cheap so I plan on building if I can get the dps higher. I don’t have the newest version of it, but I’m currently at 33m dps, going for ONLY damage. Need some help refining tree and choosing/swapping gear. Thanks in advance!

As the title says, I want a build that can one-shot legion. I came across this build, but I'm not sure if it's bait or not. Would this build be worth investing into, or should I look elsewhere? I assume it wouldn't make a big difference whether I have a mageblood or not.

Ok so I made a build that I was thinking about for some time and I always hear about wardless build being much more pricey - well which it is :D but usually people say that it ends up being less tanky in the end but from my end it does not seem like it, atleast compared to some high investment wardloops I checked it seems quite alright. Here it is: I think u can build this much cheaper, without voices, sublime vision, corrupted uniques and some alt gems, I think you could assemble something that works within 50div. Can you

Was thinking of cool interactions with the new returning projectiles support gem. Frostbolt ice nova came to mind because as the frostbolt bolts come back they would overlap and then cause the ice novas to overlap. I don't foresee this not working. But wouldn't be shocked if I missed something, I threw together a very quick minimal POB:
