POE 3.15 (Expedition) - Juggernaut Acc Stacking Lightning Strike. The Forgotten invitation

Not a budget build to be like in this video, and also not that easy to start with. Must stack Accuracy as much as possible. With Accuracy stacking , You cannot miss and will be 100% crit chance all the time without flask.

Mandatory gear in priority order: 0. Anomalous (Vaal) Lightning Strike for additional 2 pierce very important for mapping. at least 20/20 (1.5Ex). Vaal LS is very good damage boost while mapping and bossing. Also other support gem (10 Ex++ total for min-max, else 1Ex+)

1. ritual base Boots with lightning damage per accuracy implicit. Without this boot, basically this build will not work. Mine is self craft with some res and life (0 Ex). To upgrade to tailwind, elusive, and onslaught boots with res and life. This could be expensive easily 20Ex++ to craft and buy

2. Replica Last Resort. You must use Petrified blood and low life (50% life or below). Else you wont be able to deal any damage. Cheap, upgrade to 30% quality and craft accuracy for quality from harvest (5-6c for the claw itself each). To min max can find corrupted one, with offensive implicit (+crit mult, gain frenzy/power charge, crit chance, etc)

3. Obscurantis unique helmet (1c). boost to accuracy. I think ice golem buff enchant is the best. as long as you have golem alive all the time, you will get nice boost to accuracy.

4. Accuracy jewel/abyss jewel. whatever you can find. T1 Accuracy is always favorable. (1ex or less). For engame you want to have viridian jewel with 3 crit mult mod and 1 %life mod. or maybe res if u need. (4ex++ each)

5. 2 Rings with Accuracy, life, res (50c-1Ex each). Better to have open prefix to craft - mana cost to sustain LS. Also if can get life gain on hit (survivability) or Elemental damage with attacks mod it would be a nice damage boost (5Ex+) or get lucky to craft your self.

6. Hinekora's Sight Unique amulet. Best Accuracy boost amulet. Tribal fury annoint for extra +1 strike target. Very useful for mapping and bosses. Without this, clear speed is SHIT. bossing also kind of SHIT. you can use ancestrall call for mapping. but this enchant is the best one for all around usage. (75c-ish including oil for annoint)

7. good 6 link body armour with + %crit (3Ex). At the end you want to have additional curse to sustain assasin mark + ele weakness for min max version. also - mana for is huge BiS. no worry for leech or mana gain on hit mod. Clarity aura itself can sustain.

8. Transcendent Spirit jewel for accuracy boost. you will need 3 (3Ex each x 3 = 9Ex). Huge boost to accuracy

9. Might of The meek jewel. Huge boost to small passives (life, res, and dex node) (15c each x 2 = 30). BiS with corrupted blood implicit (4Ex). Mine was get lucky i corrupt it myself.

10. Unnatural instict. BiS, accuracy and damage boost if placed correctly. 9.5Ex. I got lucky from gwennen gamble.

11. Oskarm Unique gloves. Huge Accuracy boost and % crit chance. Assasin mark on hit (3c). For endgame, look for corrupted with elemental weakness curse on hit implicit. Combined with additional curse mod, this can boost damage greatly for all content.

12. Belt with abyss socket. Can use stygian or Darkness enthroned. Get the one with increase Acc while onslaught Lab enchant for Acc boost.(1ex+)

13. Cluster jewel with accuracy node. The one used in this build is with effective notables to save 2 points and get 2 jewel slot so you can have 3 of the same cluster jewel and 6 slot for jewels (7ex each x3 = 21Ex).

14. Split personality with accuracy and life. 2 of them. place in the farthest jewel slot inside cluster jewel for huge boost to acc and life. (2Ex each x 2 = 4Ex)

15. Flasks to add damage and accuracy.

16. Watcher Eyes with Life gain on hit while affected by vitality. because this build is not tanky enough as a jugg normally is. important for surviability. (3Ex)

pretty happy with this. still have so much room to improve. need more EX.
