PoE builds similar to [Saviour Edition] Spectral Helix/Splitting Steel Champion Low Budget Build | POE 3.19

Hello bros, I'm trying my own build with aim to 24/40 this league. Spectral Helix is on the menu with Vanguard belt and champion as a class. So far so good - doing some low red maps, but I'm starting to have some issues going forward. The idea is to be really tanky (armour + evasion + some spell supp + fortify) and have enough dps to finish of lv 85 bosses. Budget is around 10 ex. Hello, So I really wanted to build around Champion, NB and Perseverance. I thought ele would be too meta and thought that impale with call of steel would feel smooth enough, tried leveling with SH a few leagues ago and it was awful. Though perma Onslaught, Adrenaline and tailwind/new implicit might make it smoother. Here's my test result of reduced projectile speed spectral helix. Spectral helix can always spiral up to 4.25 rotations, and the projectile speed does not affect the rotation distance. In my test, I found the number of total hits versus projectile speed was limited to 36 hits against this little totem. Further, the hit rate decreased to around 0.5 h

is my build, I am not a PoB warrior so my calculations are probably off. Are there any glaringly obvious issues I have in my build, maybe more efficient pathing in the passive tree, or gear choices that aren't working? Okay so this build kind of originated off of one of my favorite unique swords Dreadbeak. The idea is to boost base damage with bloodthirst and reserve exactly or slightly above 50% of life for permanent low life. Now you may say, but adrenaline can be abused so easily if you just reserve at 51%, and I'll say 6 auras/buffs with very good aura effect. After playing similar variants over the last few patches I've worked on a White Wind Helix Deadeye for this league. This build only has a bunch of rares with spell suppression, elemental resistances and attributes to cover int/str requirements. An exception are the gloves which have 2 of the most impactful eldritch implicits which you should be able to consistently hit while naturally progressing your exarch/eater quest line.
