PoE builds similar to [PoE 3.16] Only 1ex investment to Int Stack Wander | A lot better than I expected

TL;DR: Rolled a Trickster Trinity wander with some lucky SSF drops (Mind of the Council + Cloak of Defiance + Call of the Brotherhood); looking for pointers as to next steps to take this to full endgame. Hi Guys, I want to share my take on int stacking wander this league. The main difference is I am using raider, grace aura, and shaper's touch to reach 95% evasion and 100% spell suppression. So I want to make a Int Stacker Wander that would poison using Volkuur's guidance (Lightning damage can poison) and "Lightning dmg per 10 Int" wand. I was wondering if it could work. I've made this preleminary PoB (VERY BASIC, JUST FILLER ITEMS AND TREE NOT FULLY FIGURED OUT YET) which seems to indicate that it could work. Now my question is, how hard/expensive is it to get 1k Int (I have no experience at all with Int Stacker)? My bugdet is about 30ex (maybe more if I liquidate my Storm Brand stuff).

Example for an early endgame PoB for a KB/Power Siphon wander - Note: progressing this build through acts into this endgame well be complicated and I wouldn't recommend for new players. The build as shown can pretty easily kill base-level bosses (shaper, maven, elder, etc.) --- but I think it's going to be a good bit of damage short for uber bosses.
