[PoE 3.16] Early League Low Investment 5l Int Stack Wander Occultist Test (Not as bad you'd think)

This recording is done on Path of Exile 3.16 patch, it is a Low Budget Int Stacking Wander, attempting to simulate early league progression with the build. This is a downgrade of my previous budget 1ex int stack, to a 5l setup assuming no easy tainted fusings for 6l. But this time I done it on Occultist instead of Scion because Occultist has a worse single target overall compared to Scion.

-- IMPORTANT INFO -- I DO NOT recommend you to make this build if you are a new player, this is just a demonstration of a project i am working on, and a referencing build. This is not intended for newer players, only for players that have decent knowledge on the game that knows what they are doing.

DO NOT LEVEL WITH THIS BUILD. Early levels have limited options to scale your damage, so for the love of god, don't level with this build.
