Note: progressing this build through acts into this endgame well be complicated and I wouldn't recommend for new players. The build as shown can pretty easily kill base-level bosses (shaper, maven, elder, etc.) --- but I think it's going to be a good bit of damage short for uber bosses.

Let me know if you see any relatively easy upgrades you'd expect to be able to make within the first week of a new league. Note - suppression rolls on gear will go down, I expect we'd just pick up the inveterate wheel to offset.
