PoE builds similar to POE 3.27 Wander Light Radius to Int Stacking Three Ascendancy Trees

Hello everyone, I was tinkering around PoB for a few days and came up with a kinda interesting concept which is possible due to the new buffs of the chaos spells and specifically the projectiles of the transfigured gems of Soulrend and Essence Drain from 1 @ all gem levels to 3-5. Hi all, been putting together a weird new build (POB below) to try over the xmas period and would like to get some feedback before I start going crazy with funding it... The basic idea is messing with a dex stacking-ish cold wander (KBolt attempting to make use of Rathpith currently) and then using some ballista totems (with potentially the new Nimis ring if things pan out) to create some eye watering screens of crit cold death, right now the build is very much WIP and is lacking some defence but I think there is potential here for something fun.
