[This is not build guide, not even a build, I just tried to make self ignite works for now]

Hey guys, today I tried to make a self ignite anomalous Kinetic Bolt build using the reworked uniques, Mokou's Embrace and Dialla's Malefaction.

Quality on Anomalous Kinetic bolt let us convert cast speed to get very high attack speed, so the idea is to stack quality on the gem to increase the converted value, using Dialla's Malefaction green socket, which gives 30%, linked to enhance lvl 4 in a red socket so it reaches level 6 (+40% qual), and using 30% qual Ashes of the Stars.

So it gives +100% qual, so 120% total with the gem's 20% quality (could get a corrupted 23%)

I only have a 15% quality gem, it should be higher

To get as much Cast speed and Attack speed, we are using two Mokou's Embrace, with perfect rolls gives 40% Attack speed and Cast speed each while ignited. Also we use HotHeaded Jewel, which gives 20% Movement, Attack and Cast speed while ignited.

So now we need a way to self ignite, the best way I found is to use Scold's Bridle Helmet, which will make every skill we use hit us for 400% of the mana cost as phys damage, this way the hit often will ignite us for 4 seconds, since we attack super fast, we are always ignited in combat.
To counter the self hit, we use divergent inspiration to reduce mana cost by 59% with 50% quality from the chest's green socket and a granite flask. Each hit deal less than 5 damage.
The helmet also gives 100% spell damage which gives us more damage because KB converts spell damage to attack damage. The 15% reduced cast speed isn't a big deal because we have so much already.

The best way to self hit I found

I used a trickster for the Soul Drinker node, it gives 20% Attack and Cast speed while leeching ES, so permanently. Also for the recovery on kills and frenzy charges.

Please don't follow this as a guide, the tree is garbage, I just wanted to try the self ignite tech, it took me half a day to put this together, my character has no defense, no life and no ES, it's not a good build. I used Mageblood to cap resists, go faster and get more crit, without the belt, it would much harder.

Have a look at the PoB and the Showcase video, but don't try to find much logic in certain choices.
I wanted to share this with you so maybe you'll find better ideas than me and come up with a better build.
