current investment <15div, necessary components are cheaper (dont need dialas but lose dmg)

Need: Badge of the Brotherhood (10% CDR), Malachai's Loop, Ralakesh's Impatience, LW enchant helm, Anomalous Kinetic Bolt

Kinetic Bolt triggers Spellslinger Lightning warp; we get 3.6 warps/s (can get up to 5 reasonably). This allows us to always stand still, giving us 30 charges at all times with Ralakesh (Badge of the Brotherhood + Slayer). Spell damage from Malachai's Loop is converted to attack damage for Kinetic Bolt (intrinsic trait), and attack and cast speed from Frenzy charges are converted to 9% increased attack speed per Frenzy with alt quality Bolt + Dialla's.

Nimis and Arn's Anguish are options but harder to gear. I was originally going to try Anguish, but you lose a lot of survivability and it's harder to cap resistances (unless you forgo Dialla's). Belt is also how I'm getting ailment immunity currently.

Only level 91 so still WIP. Open to suggestions.
