PoE builds similar to Tanking end-game bosses with Aegis Aurora. WUATU #9 - Path of Exile (3.12 Heist)

Hi, I've been playing PoE a few seasons now. Started during beta but gave up and came back a year back. I've mostly followed guides and did 38/40 and level 100 this season with Pohx RF Jugg. I like tanky builds and don't mind sacrificing some DPS for defence. Late this season also tried a Occultist Storm burst build just to see how it work and started play around in PoB for a Inquisator build. I wanted to share my current build - a very tanky variation of something I built after being inspired by That's Real Neato. Aegis Aurora, Cerberus Limb, and Nature's Patience cluster jewel, plus a channeling skill to take advantage of standing still. Determination for armor, and Juggernaut to get freeze/root avoidance, endurance charges, extra armor, chaos res, and life regen. Leap slam with faster attacks, accuracy gem, and fortify to move around more easily and pick up fortify. The damage output is not extreme, but it's been enough. The mapping is ok, but not zoomy. I think that's the way to link. Had this on my pob when checking for damage. Don't know if I changed anything since Forgot to mention staff mastery 30% inc defenses is huge. 14% life as es on chest. Leech from the cluster jewel as well as es leech from elemental mastery I believe. It ain't huge but it's still sweeeet. Since channeling can be dangerous I also said 5 hits per second like a dumbo. It's a lot more but I am too dumb to do quick maths. 20-25 balls each hitting every 0.4 seconds.

Storm Burst Inq ! why? cuz i wanted to try storm burst for quite a while now and now its got a buff! around 47% more damage, to simulate that i added 40% more dmg in the custom mods do note there are few gear setups, one with more league start in mind and the other with decent gear we go for secrets of suffering wep for brittle to cap crit and sap for defense grasping vines from the unique cluster jewel cuz storm burst is a stationary skill afterall, i never tried it so idk exactly how good/bad it is we run trinity thanks to hatred, good ol' determation grace & defiance banner and capping

Hi, lately i've been playing stormburst inquisitor, to great success, done most content in the game including feared, it's reasonably tanky and worked well on scuffed ssf gear, scaling nicely as i went through the new atlas. as it's my first time making my own build, do you guys see any glaring improvement here or any good opportunity to min-max? i've been getting better at crafting gear as far as ssf goes, so any advice is welcome, thanks :D POB:

pob: Wanted to post my very long term project that is finally at a point that I think is worth showcasing. My goal has been to make a SSF char that is cozy to play in whatever content. Explody chest and 250%+ movement speed ensures a ~smooth mapping experience. CI+Aegis+Melding+triple resist flask combo makes me immortal enough to facetank almost anything. A bit over 80m dps more or less instakills every boss out there. The only things I dislike are the very small delay in Storm Burst while clearing maps and the amount of setup required to reach max dps. Divine

NOTE: This footage was shot in 3.8. The defensive capabilities of bosses have since been significantly increased. Fights will likely take longer to complete. I thought I would try my hand making my own build from scratch. I recently read that the channeling on Storm Burst can continue even through the use of instant spells - something I didn't know before this week! That means Frostblink can be used for movement even while channeling Storm Burst. I also opted to go with 100% spell suppression and high evasion for defensive layers. Eventually I will plan on picking up 30% Elemental Ailment Avoidance which will give me 100% avoidance. Anyhow, here is my build.
