I hate channeling skills, but I thought I'd give Storm Burst a try since GGG pushed it so hard in the league trailer. As it turns out, it's not half bad. With a realistic configuration, I'm doing 3.5m DPS at full channel (takes maybe 2s to get going, unfortunately) and 4.9m with Righteous Fire up, and it's surprisingly easy to maintain channeling while Frostblinking around during boss fights. It's still a fairly halting play style, so those of you used to zooming through maps will probably not enjoy it. For someone like me who sort of slowly moseys anyway, it's not *that* big of an adjustment, but it's definitely still noticeable. Fortunately, I can take a Shaper slam to the face (as evidenced in the vid) and keep on ticking, so if you need to just sit and soak damage to clear a screen and/or a boss, you easily can. I put the character together on a budget of roughly 8 ex (not 6 as stated, on further review), so you can get good end-game performance on a relatively slim budget.
Potential improvements or alternatives I can think of off the top of my head:
Go staff block for more durability.
Change rings and gems for a conversion set-up (originally my plan but lightning is just way more straightforward and can abuse Algor Mortis)
Attach Vitality to Arrogance and add in Herald of Purity
Divine Ire instead?

Anyway, let me know what you think of the video and/or build! https://youtu.be/jojNHvuzxjk
