Path of Exile 3.17 - Odin's Storm BURST Inquisitor

Storm Burst. Wait, what? Burst, not Brand? Yes! Here is a strong Storm Burst Build for 3.17 Archnemesis League. Buffs to the skill (50% more damage) delivered and it is easy as cake to gear up this bad boy.

The damage is there and the tankyness also. A lot of regeneration on top makes it very forgiving in most situations and I'm excited to learn the new PoE content with the build. While this build does not excel at boss killing nor mapping, it is very good and safe in both situations.
