After playing similar variants over the last few patches I've worked on a White Wind Helix Deadeye for this league. This build only has a bunch of rares with spell suppression, elemental resistances and attributes to cover int/str requirements. Here is my build with the gear my character currently has. This is my first attempt at a build made without a guide as a reference so I'd love any feedback. The basic idea is to stack frenzy charges so I started with raider and then went for as many sources of max frenzy charge as possible. Ice bite looked like a good choice of support gem due to the frenzy charge scaling and I chose frost blades as a result.
