I heard that Raider is a good starter choice for Lightning Strike, but I'm not very familiar with defences so I don't know if this is good enough. So far, the low budget version of the build on POB has:

- 4.4k life

- Capped ele resist, -33% chaos resist

- 27 k evasion (76% chance to evade)

- 12.8k armour, (47% phys reduction)

- 25% block chance

- 100% spell suppression

- >200% effect elusive (I think ~30% chance to avoid damage?)

- 3.9mil DPS

Are the above defences enough to comfortably deal with moderately juiced T16s and end game bosses? I'm wondering if I should sacrifice around 500k dps to get another 25% chance to block and some endurance charges, by rerouting a few passive points.
