10 Days ago or so I posted my White Wind Deadeye Starter, now I thought it would be nice to give an Endgame update and some thoughts.
Levelling: Had a late start (sunday morning), bought some leveling weapons for the random currency I dropped, helped me clear campaign in 4:30, nothing special but Helix is top tier for going fast.
Mapping: White Wind+5L, Capped Res, Capped Suppression and basic Defiance Banner+grace+determination setup was enough to clear exarch and eater questline, swapped to 6l and better jewelry once progression started to slow down in high red maps.
Bossing: Everything I attempted was successful so far, for a better player I think everything should be doable on this build, maybe not degen heavy fights (?)

Some notes on crafting the gear:
Gloves and Amulet shouldnt be self-made, plenty of cheap amulets out there who do the trick, incursion gloves need to be bought aswell.
Rings: Buy fractured t1 accuracy rings, slam with t2 strength essence till high life and ideally chaos res. Didnt feel the need to get chaos res so I stopped rolling rings. Craft reduced mana cost.
Body Armour: Spam Resistance essences till high tier suppression and another good resistance mod. Make sure you have 1 or 2 prefixes with eldritch currency, then reroll prefix with eldritch chaos until high life roll, then finish off with gravicious craft. My body took me a 50c base, 40x 1c essences and 2x eldritch chaos Orb
Boots: I just bought mine, however you can do a similar crafting method as explained for the body armour.
Helmet: T1 Loathing Essence on helix enchant helmet until you hit satisfying suffixes, then either reroll prefixes with eldritch chaos orb or hit a nice life roll, craft either hybrid life+eva/ar or phys taken as fire.
Belt: Vanguard Belt with a good fractured mod, make sure to get an open prefix when spamming the belt with t2 strength essences so you can craft hybrid eva+ar later on. Ideally you would want another resistance mod to reduce gear pressure, but the t1 flask duration acts as a 30% more multi to my flask uptime, so on bosses with adds or multihit abilities I can actually sustain flasks very well.
Boots and Gloves still have a lot of room for improvement, rerolling prefixes to get in 100 life territory on both pieces of gear and crafting attack speed on gloves will be my next goal. Then I could work again on my jewelry and get chaos res on them, lots of items to improve in this build, but I think I might move on sooner than later.
Overall Budget was 20c amulet, 60c roughly for each ring (30c base 30 essences each ring), 130c crafting material for body armour, 1c white wind, 170c crafting material and base for helmet, 10c for boots, 100c for gloves, 30c for the belt and around 500 alts to make the flasks. Calculating the eldritch currency ive used on the way I think you could estimate I've spent like 700-800c worth of currency on this build. EDIT: Forgot the awakened gems! those were 2ex each.
Atlas Tree: I specced into breach, expedition and abyss+ some betrayal nodes, those ensure a steady income and are also quite rewarding in terms of exp, especially lvl83 betrayal safehouses still netted me 7-10% in the middle 90s. I rounded out my atlas tree with bossing nodes in the end.
