PoE 3.23 Affliction Cold builds without Arakaali's Fang, Boneshatter, Doryani's Prototype, Flicker Strike with custom stat filters

I like leaguestarting Cold DoT occultist, and been toying with this PoB since vortex rework. This will work up to some point, but damage is a bit lackluster for voidstone bosses. Would appreciate some ideas on how to scale, without losing much on defenses. (pob got budget and default options)

It seems it would be a fun gimmick build. I saw a build of this on reddit, but it was outdated for 3.17. I now tried to remake it with newer stuff, and this is what I have so far: Please note there is 2 variants, a war-staff variant and another one that uses regular staff (or replica cold iron). Feel like I hit a brick wall with this build, I got it to be pretty tanky and I can even survive t16 whisped maps and tank through some crazy mobs, but my DPS feels lacking.
