I'm still missing opportunistic forbidden jewels, another medium cluster and another end game ring but I'm too lazy at this point in the league.
The build has enough DPS for lvl 85 uber bosses but playing as a melee is just pain in the ass, either you min max the build and get even more DPS or just be good enough at the game to dodge every thing.
