Best frost blades build of this league in rating criteria: DPS, DEFENCE, UTILITY, BUDGET, STYLE. ---56 mDPS (47 main hand + totems) ---65 divines budget (half of the price is WATCHERS EYE, so this moves drastically!) ---74 K eff HP ---insta rage generation with warcry ---level 95 (no need to grind) ---but if you like Herald of Ice explosions, OR dont like beautiful big swords because you are a cuck, just play Shadow ---if you like getting hit by chaos damage, swap Diamond flask for Amethyst with crit suffix. (-8% dmg is reasonable) ---dont u dare to play this without correct implicits on the gloves !!!!
