PoE Area builds with custom stat filters

This is assuming we get Energy Blade with something like 200% snapshotted ES into Max Added Lightning Damage; see the custom modifier on the energy sword to represent this.

Hey guys, I was thinking about a Cyclone build using Vengeance as second 6-link. 5k+ life, 79% max res, 10k+ armour and around 10 mil dps on an estimated 10 ex budget. Can probably be min-maxed to 20 mil dps with different clusters and sacrificing some defences. PoB-Link below. Tell me what you think!

Ok, so updated PoB: There is a starter tree and endgame tree, as well as a starter gearset and endgame gearset. For both Starter/Endgame I've replaced Flame Golem with Chaos for Phys reduction, added Enduring Cry, and a CWDT-IC-ID setup for mitigation. We also have the Fire Mastery for regen 2% life on igniting non-ignite enemies, which should help with clear. Increased life from tree on both. Max Block Chance. For Starter we are sitting roughly 1.5M (1.8M w/ Ash) on Sirus. eHP is now 66k Phys, 55K Ele, 9K Chaos. For Endgame 9.

In 3.14 that was my favorite build, unfortunately, that build lost more than 1M dps in 3.15 due to various nerfs But this time, with the buff of the Skin of the Loyal armor (from +1 to +2 gem lvl) and the new mastery system, i managed to get back to its original 3.14 strength! I was planning around a 3.16 league starter since I am done with the league (gauntlet the great finale everytime for me). I have never played a deadeye or EA and i wanted to check out the sniping barrage style. The build seems to be not that much of a glass canon (159% life) and I consider being far away from stuff a rather defensive layer. Also with decent rare gear you should be able to reach around 5.5k life. Some life gain on hit would be nice but I was just throwing some stuff into POB. I would love to test the build now bu
