Hey guys, I'm still quite new to making builds in POB and I couldn't fine anyone making a Rage Vortex build for the new tree, so spent a few hours making one. 6k Life, Elemental Ailment Immune, 50/50 Block Auras are Determination, Pride, Dread Banner and Herald of Purity. Feel free to critique it and if there are any recommended changes/better options feel free to let me know.
