Hexblast/Doom Blast utilizing a self-cast Despair (which is twice as effective with clusters) and 100% chance to poison (can be achieved thru several methods, I used Divergent HoA). Also, I didnt realize until lvl 90 that Impending Doom could be supported by support gems, so this PoB shows it now in a 5L. I'm using Punishment, Enfeeble, Temporal Chains in Vixen's Entrapment. This is my biggest defense. Even if any enemy rushes you and winds up an attack. If you cast despair, it will slow the attack, they barely move and you can cast Hexblast to kill the entire screen.
