I am back with my venture into POE again and this time i finally started on the ice shot deadeye build that I wanted to play a long time ago but could not because the skill is so expensive to build into.

It seems this league ice shot is not extreme popular so gears are quite in the affordable range plus the addition of focused ballista makes the build very very powerful in the damage category making it a lot easier to make even for poor people like me.
