Hexblast/Doom Blast utilizing a self-cast Despair (which is twice as effective with clusters) and 100% chance to poison (can be achieved thru several methods, I used Divergent HoA). Also, I didnt realize until lvl 90 that Impending Doom could be supported by support gems, so this PoB shows it now in a 5L.
I'm using Punishment, Enfeeble, Temporal Chains in Vixen's Entrapment. This is my biggest defense. Even if any enemy rushes you and winds up an attack. If you cast despair, it will slow the attack, they barely move and you can cast Hexblast to kill the entire screen. Also once any enemy is Low Life, Punishment really shines; I think this really helps with bosses.
The AoE of the hexes is HUGE due to Windshriek and notables , basically screen wide. I would be interested in seeing this with Awakened Cascade.
Not gonna lie, this build is very squishy. I could probably rework it to be safer if I sacrificed a curse or two. I think it feels pretty decent at mapping if you don't get hit, and thanks to the curse effect it makes that much more possible.

Some concerns besides low effective HP:
Mana - Triggered curses cost mana, but several sources of reduced cost and mana regen can solve this. Also Militant Faith with reduced mana cost is possible.
Bossing - The curse reductions makes your defensive curses feel worse, so you cant really slow them down too much. I have yet to try Frostbite in the build, since Hexblast can freeze.
Prox Bubbles - Hexblast can't kill the bubble holder, screw prox bubbles.
Resistances - If you use the uniques, resistances can be hard to come across. Obviously building for more es/life might feel differently.

Have not utilized Aspect of the spider yet, but I imagine a build using it and the Fenumus Uniques is possible.
Feel free to offer suggestions for the build. Sort of threw it together over the past week, but I'm having fun when I don't come across porcupines.
