Hey guys I've been working on a POB for cold conversion SST Raider. Seems like it could be a decent league starter. Let me know what you think and what you might change and why. It's at 90% cold conversion right now since it's mostly just for league starting, you can get the watchers eye that will give the remaining 10% later. Some of the items are probably not league start friendly but stuff to work towards.

Here's my take on a meme Lycosidae counterattack Juggernaut build. Both Reckoning (R) and Vengeance (V) are in the same 6-link to synergize with Glancing Blows, so hits are blocked to trigger R, and some of the blocked damage is taken to trigger V. The main focus is on squeezing as much cold damage (Frostbreath, Lycosidae, Hrimburn, Mark of the Elder) and CD reduction (Flow Untethered, Shaper boots, alt quality) as possible. Items listed are fairly budget, main piece is Tempest Binding but a 4L EK should get you by until yellow maps with BV for ST in chest. might be able to fit in herald of thunder somewhere since I still have 40% mana reserve left and will eventually put in wrath once I get warlords on hit ring. I am currently trying to make a Purifying Flame Inquisitor as my League Starter. The Skill looks pretty nice so far. And with scaling AoE it might have some good clearspeed.
