PoB here: https://pastebin.com/n48Mw0LK You can play Occultist for better damage, more curse (which can choose Elemental Weakness or Temporal Chain / Enfeeble on vaaled glove), but not much aoe as Elementalist. https://pastebin.com/EwcNM8GN Build still avaiable in 3.9. But with the nerf of elder base two-handed weapon, it now deal slightly less damage since you can roll for t1 physic mods instead of Fortify, not to mention new unwakening gems
