Right now 6L SST costs me 21 mana, and I have to be really sloppy to run oom. As long as I can hit, I can cast SST infinitely. I know this because Brutus is still bugged in Act 6. So I'll be doing that again after work today 😃

First 2 labs were no problem. I started 2nd Lab at char level 49, was 51 when I came out. I was surprised at how much I was able to dodge Izaro. I had half the PoB dps I do now.

I doubted Point Blank, but it's pretty damn awesome. Situationally when I have to stay ranged I drop Frost Shield + Reaper. Works very well (for now).

I have Three Step Assault boots for L55, since I took perm Onslaught and Phasing so far. Looking for an Impresence (cold version), unsure about what to look for in a head piece. Next shield probably a Magna Eclipsis.

I have a Sceptre with the EE implicit... was thinking about veiled mod trigger and using Armageddon Brand w supports. Not sure how to craft it in a bang for the buck scenario. Only have about an Ex to throw at that.

It was late when I was playing w PoB but if I can get EE, Frostbite, and of course chilled on the mob, that should triple my current DPS, and I'd be ez pz to start white maps.

1L Reaper is cheap added distraction. Frost shield I'm using like a poor man's Sand Stance.

Plan is to get Phase Acro, then Retaliation, Gladiatoral Combat, Golem's blood. Then the life and avoidance wheel, and Wind Dancer. I plan by that point to have 3rd lab done and pick up the remaining 30% avoidance on gear. But like Mike Tyson said.."Everybody's got a plan, till they get punched in the mouth"

Hypothetically, would EE + Frostbite + Chilled status all stack, or is there a Floor on negative resist?

If not EE, what about triggering Frostbite?
