Relic of the Past Proof of Concept

You know how every caster build will suck and feel horrible because of the new mana multipliers, shitty support gems and terrible enduring mana flask? Not this one !

On the contrary, it's one of the few build that scale better with high mana multipliers. You can reserve more than half your health pool for every channeling tick, which turns the skill into an extremely fast gigantic nova of death.

There's probably still room for improvement, but I like it enough as it is. I'm not going for a crit build since I highly value the big life pool, and it also scales damage decently. It has roughly 15M Sirus DPS. Movement speed is also looking pretty good.
