Here's my take on a meme Lycosidae counterattack Juggernaut build.
Both Reckoning (R) and Vengeance (V) are in the same 6-link to synergize with Glancing Blows, so hits are blocked to trigger R, and some of the blocked damage is taken to trigger V. The main focus is on squeezing as much cold damage (Frostbreath, Lycosidae, Hrimburn, Mark of the Elder) and CD reduction (Flow Untethered, Shaper boots, alt quality) as possible.
The problem of building around cold damage and a skill like this is that I actually don't want to freeze any enemies as I need them to hit me. Replica Tasalio's Sign is a thing, but it would force me to drop Mark of the Elder, losing a bunch of damage.
For survivability I opted to use Juggernaut to stack armor, and use [Transcendence](https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Transcendence_(keystone_passive)) to get loads of ele eHP. This leaves me with barely any phys damage reduction though, and I will be constantly tanking close range attacks. Would a simple IC / Enduring Cry combo be enough to mitigate most phys damage? I guess picking Juggernaut's Unrelenting over Unyielding would help a bit, at the cost of precious AoE and damage. Maybe anointing Persistence?
