Budget Cold SWEEP (Cyclone's daddy) -【Full-Unique Challenge】*League-Starter & End-Game viable

League is about to end and most of ya'll have started to request for league-starter builds eh? Well, you're in luck! Thanks to my patrons and supporters, I have the motivation to do a quick guide, so that everyone can go zoom zoom with budget!

Here's my version of Cold-conversion SWEEP ! The huge AOE + Shattering make this skill has an awesome clearspeed, not to mention the DPS !

For ez end-game, you need 2 6L (Sweep & Warchief), u can melt boss in a few sec! Here's the budget breakdown :

• Voidforge (6L) - 2ex
• Carcass Jack (6L) - 2ex
• Other unique gear shown in video cost not more than 1 ex in total (View video for more detailed guide)
