PoE League Starter, Lightning builds

Pob fork: Disclaimer: I only play solo/with IRL friends, so this is technically SSF. I don't give a fuck about meta, I play to have fun. I league started with this build in mind and created it as I went. So, this is honestly my very first self-made build. So far so good, both the clear and single target feel good. I stumbled upon the combination of Sniper's Mark (spellslinger) + Pierce. You never have to think about what target is marked due to the fact that Marks are no longer a namelock skill. It also works beautifully because of how Subprojectiles work now:

I plan to make an ascendant wander as my starter this league, I created 2 POB looking some builds in poe ninja and changing some parts, but i haven't decided which one is better because I don't feel like I know the build that well and I'm not the best at POB. The first POB has more damage ( but i feel that it's more expensive that a true starter , the second one (h I feel it's cheaper but the items are very different. So I had this wacky idea for an ignite build earlier, and to my surprise, the numbers actually seemed to work out. The template for my build was mathil's Divine Ire Ignite character. The idea behind the build was to map with Divine Ire and then blow up bosses with the charges you've generated, since the cooldown looks annoying but the base damage is huge. Because of the bonuses to Ignites, Charges, and Channeling, I started looking into Trickster. This is what led me to the main synergy behind this build: the combination of Stormfire and Hrimmburn. Important notes Mana regen % anywhere you can get it from is really really good - start with clarity and replace it with herald of thunder once you get enough mana regen Gloves w/ spell damage leeched as ES are a huge survivability boost. Surgeons prefix on flasks is stupidly OP (we have 100% crit chance and fast cast speed so this is insanely good for us and gives the flasks massive uptime on bossfights)
