My favourite FLEX BUILD on HCSSF - Assassin INT Stacking Wander Build Update

Zizaran returns with one of his favourite builds of all time, the INT stacking Power Siphon and Kinetic Blast Assassin. This build takes a very significant time investment to pull off even in trading leagues, but with Harvest being back, Ziz decided to re-do it on SSFHC.

This build has super fast clear speed and good boss damage but requires massive investment to get over defensive hurdles.
